AWPA's Breakfast at Interwire will be held May 15th, from 7 am to 9:30 am, in room 404/405 of the Georgia World Congress Center, alongside Wire Association International's Interwire trade show. While you are in Atlanta, take a morning and meet with steel wire industry colleagues and customers. You'll leave with the latest information, and be done in plenty of time to hit the exhibit floor.
Rebecca L. Gunn (Becky), vice president and regional executive of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, will provide an economic outlook at the upcoming Breakfast at Interwire.
In her role at the Fed Ms. Gunn provides strategic support for the Regional Economic Information Network throughout Georgia, working with other regional executives to provide targeted economic intelligence. She also provides support for public outreach, economic education, and corporate citizenship. Since 2013, Ms. Gunn served as assistant vice president and corporate secretary as well as assistant to the president and first vice president. In this role she oversaw governance, planning, reporting, and administrative support for the long-term plans regarding director recruiting across the District.
After Ms. Gunn speaks we will have an update from AWPA leadership on the status of efforts regarding the 232 tariffs. Don’t miss this opportunity to get the latest information on trade and the economy.
If your company is not yet an AWPA member, Breakfast at Interwire is a great chance to see what happens at an AWPA meeting, and experience some of the benefits of membership.
