Passage of the US Mexico Canada Agreement (USMCA) is one of manufacturers’ top priorities and your help is needed to urge Congress to pass this important trade deal without delay. The National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) are convening manufacturers and their employees from across the country in Washington, DC on July 17 to meet with key House members in support of the USMCA. The “Trade Makes America” event will assist manufacturers from all sectors and sizes to meet their Members of Congress to explain why the USMCA is important to them and their companies and urge action to move the trade deal forward.
NAM encourages companies and their teams to participate so manufacturers can send a strong message to Capitol Hill. Shopfloor employees, including plant managers, production employees and other key manufacturing voices from high priority congressional districts are needed to make a clear case for the USMCA.
There will be no cost to participate. More information and details on how to register can be found here: Come to Washington on July 17 to show Congress how “Trade Makes America”
