The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has made its final determination in the antidumping (AD) investigation of standard steel welded wire mesh from Mexico.
By an unanimous vote, the ITC made an affirmative determination that the U.S. industry is materially injured by imports of dumped standard steel welded wire mesh from Mexico.
As a result of the ITC’s final determination, the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) will issue an AD order with the following dumping rates:

Aceromex S.S. de C.V.                    23.04% (dumping duty deposit rate of 22.01% adjusted for the countervailing duty offset)

Deacero S.A.P.I. de C.V.              110.42% (dumping duty deposit rate of 109.39% adjusted for the countervailing duty offset)

All Others                                         23.04% (dumping duty deposit rate of 22.01% adjusted for the countervailing duty offset)

Previously, the DOC issued a countervailing duty (CVD) order on standard steel welded wire mesh from Mexico with the following CVD deposit rates:

Deacero S.A.P.I. de C.V.              102.10%
All Others                                        1.03%
