Important information for 2024

This year, we’ll be at an all-inclusive property, the Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos. In order to attend the 2024 Annual Meeting sessions and events, you will be required to reserve your room at the host hotel.

The hotel is filling quickly, but as long as rooms are available, they will honor our group rate until January 12. This special group rate includes access to our sessions and private events. Visit our Accommodations page for steps to submit your registration request.

Already registered? Check off these to-dos:

  • Ensure your passport is up to date! If you are arriving to Mexico by air, you will need a valid passport book. Currently, expedited applications are taking 2-3 weeks, not including shipping times.

  • Reserve your airport transfer to and from the hotel. Book your transportation with a local company at our special rate!

  • Sign up for optional events and bring a companion! Get to know your colleagues with our extra events—there are still spots available for whale watching, golf & fishing, and our culinary experience. If you’re bringing a companion, sign them up for the companion program, which includes a DIY workshop in the hotel spa.
