The AWPA, on behalf of the members of the Stainless Committee, has submitted rebuttal comments in the 337 investigation regarding certain stainless steel products and processes for manufacturing. This case resulted from a dispute between Viraj Profiles Ltd. and Valbruna, after it was determined that Viraj unlawfully imported stainless steel products manufactured using Valbruna’s stolen trade secrets.
