AWPA members will be responsible for making their own reservations online (link to come). As an AWPA Annual Meeting attendee, you will receive the special group rate of $259/night + taxes for single or double occupancy, and a Resort Service Charge of $19/day. The group rate is available three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the meeting dates, based on availability.
All rooms must be guaranteed by credit card at the time of reservation. Discounted rooms are available until January 31, 2025, or until the room block is full, whichever occurs first. Reservations must be made on or before January 31. Your cooperation in making early reservations is greatly appreciated, and you will have a better experience if you are at the conference hotel. This deadline cannot be extended, so make your reservation early.
Cancellations and Early Departures
Please be sure to confirm your travel details, and ensure your arrival and departure dates for your hotel reservation are correct before you check in to The Westin La Paloma. The hotel has a 3-day cancellation policy to avoid penalty. Cancellation within 3 days of arrival and/or early departures will be charged a fee equal to one room night, plus tax.
Transportation
Tucson International Airport (TUS) is 16 miles from the hotel. There are taxis and ride-share available.
Parking
On-site parking is complimentary; Valet is $29 per night.

La Paloma Spa & Salon – AWPA guests receive a 20% discount with any treatment of $100 or more.
La Paloma Country Club – Tucson's premier private club features 27-holes of Jack Nicklaus Signature Design, 8 tennis courts, and 7 pickleball courts. AWPA guests receive a 10% discount at La Paloma.
