Congressional Visits Are Vital
It's time to go back to the Hill! AWPA will be holding congressional visits again this year. In order to have an impact, members must educate their legislators about the industry and important issues and encourage them to influence government policy on your behalf. Your participation is crucial to ensure the level of turnout that will make an impression on your legislators. With the current challenges facing the industry, the information you will provide is more essential than ever.
All you need to do is choose Congressional Visits when you register, and AWPA will make appointments and provide materials for your visits.

Congressional Visits Logistics Briefing Webinar
We'll go over logistics for the day of the Hill visits.
On Thursday, September 19th, you'll be paired up with others who have facilities in your districts whenever possible, and will have materials and talking points to assist you at the visits. We make it easy for you to advocate for our industry. Take advantage of this opportunity and head to Capitol Hill this fall with AWPA.
