Accommodations
AWPA members are responsible for making their own reservations. Book here to receive our special group rate of $179.00/night plus taxes (currently 14%) for single or double occupancy. The group rate is available 3 days before and after our conferece, based on availability; please call the hotel for that situation. Attendees who book at the conference hotel have the best experience. The Hyatt Rosemont provides easy access to top local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment in Chicagoland.

All rooms must be guaranteed by credit card at the time of reservation. Discounted rooms are available until Tuesday, October 1, or until the room block is full, whichever occurs first. Reservations must be made on or before October 1, 2024. Your cooperation in making early reservations is greatly appreciated, and you will have a better experience if you are at the conference hotel. This deadline cannot be extended, so make your reservation early.
Cancellations
Reservations may be cancelled until 11:59pm Central, one day before arrival, after which one night's fee will be charged to your credit card.
Transportation
Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) is 10 minutes away. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle 24/7. Taxis, ride share, and rental companies are also available at ORD.
Parking
The Hyatt Rosemont is offering our attendees complimentary overnight parking.
