Your hotel reservations should be made by calling the hotel directly at 1-877-253-0041 (you must mention the AWPA Annual Meeting) or by using the AWPA’s direct reservation link online: https://book.passkey.com/go/AWPA2019AnnualMeeting

 

To secure the discounted room rate, please make your reservation no later than 5 pm EST, Tuesday, January 29, 2019. The special meeting rates are available for standard sleeping rooms at $249 per night, plus tax, for both single and double occupancy and are good for three days prior and three days after the dates of our meeting, while available. AWPA’s deeply discounted room rates are available only until Tuesday, January 29, 2019, or until all group rooms are sold. You are urged to make your hotel reservations quickly. Reservations must be secured by deposit using a credit card at the time of the reservation. All deposits will be charged at the time the reservation is made.
